Poem Title: Pains Of Yesterday

I have a pain in my head
It’s really hurting and don’t know how to explain
How can I get rid of that? Said my agitated mind
This problem keeps me away from my lane
And I drain so easily whenever I try to train.
Sadness is now a close friend
Who always make me take a step when I want to end
It is very irritating and I can’t have a privacy
Oh what a bad company.

I need help for my body
I need someone to calm me down as a buddy
I want to rise again
And I don’t know when
But I think that will soon begin.
“It’s never too late to make changes” Mum once said in a chat
With this, I will make a move ASAP
I feel encouraged to turn my life today
And I am ready to change this situation to pains of yesterday.
I won’t friend you anymore
For there is hope in tomorrow
Freedom, take my heart
Be my new partner to start
Because I see happiness and this time around not with a but.
